A flatmate is required in a well-furnished house in i8/2. We all are living professionals (not a hostel) here with all the basic facilities.
We’ve also a cook who makes food at home. The breakdown for per month expense is given below:
Nayatel per head: 540
Rent per head: 9,250
Electricity + gas per head: 1500 approximately.
Food expense per head approx: 4,000
Cook salary per head: 2,000
The total cost will be around 17k, which is not fixed. It can vary according to monthly expenses, which will be equally divided among 6 people.
The house is nearest to khayaban e johar metro station, as well as Shifa international hospital. We also have a secure place for car and motorbike parking.
Lastly, we are already sorry for students as we can t spare space for them.
