I live alone in a two bedroom apartment (neat and tidy) in Pakistan Town, Main Markaz (PWD Road). I was, ideally, not looking forward to rent out the other room and live independently but I guess the pandemic has lead me to a situation with the finances that I need to rent out the other room.

A room with big wardrobe, attached bath and a separate entrance door is vacant for a job holder (or someone with the guarantee of financial stability during the pandemic). The kitchen and lounge will be shared.

It is my home so I am looking for someone well educated and well mannered who d understand what sharing your personal space actually means.

I have a fully functional kitchen with full size Refrigerator, Microwave Oven and basic kitchen utensils. I have a Nayatel 15Mbps unlimited internet connection as well.

The basic rent of the furnished room is 8500 (excluding the bills). My flat has a separate electricity meter so the electricity bill would be divided into half.

I am looking for someone to split the internet & electricity bills. I have a DC Inverter installed in my room which we could share on very hot days. Also, I use Cylinder for stove so the refilling of Cylinder will also be equally divided. To sum it all, it won t cost you more than 14,000 with all the bills (Society/Water/Electricity/Internet/Rent)

The flat is located at an ideal place in a family building. Every good place you can think is at a 8 minute walking distance (Nice Gym, Tehzeeb Bakery, AlLateef Chemist, Cash & Carry). Bahria Town and Islamabad Hightway are 5 minutes drive away.

Ideally, I am looking for a well mannered Job Holder who could share my space as a friend and a gym partner.
