A single independent room is available in a two-bedroom apartment. You have an attached washroom and access to the balcony. Room is unfurnished, but the apartment is furnished including fridge, microwave, sofa.
Currently one person lives in the apartment.
You can be any gender but must be educated, neat, organized, particular about cleanliness.
Guests are allowed but cannot stay beyond 3 days.
No moral policing. Just pay the rent on time
