Flat consists of 3 rooms, 2 washrooms,

a kitchen, and balcony.

Currently, we are three students we only required one. We do not want any rush in the flat to fill more partners.

The rent can range anywhere between 5000 to 5600 rupees as per the utilities. All the rent will be divided into 4 partners means 2 partners per room.

Advance:10,000 (Refundable)

Maintenance:2,000(Non-Refundable)

Imp note:

●We are the only bachelors living in the family apartments on high permission because no bachelor is allowed in family apartments clearly, we do not want any mess in apartments.

●All three members are students of engineering and medical universities so we do not want any disturbance in flat.

●All types of drugs are prohibited only cigarettes are allowed.

●If anyone interested please bring a photocopy of the CNIC of his father and his own.

●You can visit any time before 3 pm and after 8 pm.
