We are 2 people living in a house near link road. Our Flat has 3 rooms 3 washrooms (2 attach and 1 in balcony) a big hall 1 kitchen terrace gurage and seprate entrance.

Fully carpeted rooms and all necessary home items available fridge microwave ac dispenser grossary excercise equipment etc.

Our house has a total of 3 portions one room is on first floor 2 rooms hall kitchen 3 washrooms and a balcony is on 2nd floor and full terrace on 3rd floor.

We need 3 house mates who can live with us for long time. We can negotiate about rooms and etc but monthly price is final which is Rs. 12,000 per person (2 Persons Room). It can be increased or decreased based on utility bills. ( a little bit negotiable )

House is located near link road pace and faisal town gourmet restourant. Our house is in the center near milad park. All gourmet resturant , link road amana mall and pace are at equal distance of 5 minutes walk. 3 different roads can lead you to these destinations within 5 minutes walk and in 1 minute on any vehicle.
