This is my own old house and was Built 10 years back. Total rooms are 13. Bed system. We accommodate only one guy in one room. Only there is a one double bed and only 2 guys can live at here however we prefer only one guy in one room. Floors are marbled and tiled. Each room is equipped with one bed. One table. One chair. Fridge and microwave is placed at common place . With UPS. Wifi. Open kitchen. Gas. Electric water cooler. 7 numbers of Security cameras . Automatic water motor with 3 water tanks. ( there is a separate room fridge TV .) all the rooms are with attached bath. And have AC. All the rooms have different cost due to there size . Rent start from Rs. 12000 per month with a different security deposit amount. Electric bill will be charged separately. Each room have its own sub meter out side the room .
