CDA plans to release residential plots for sale in Sector C-15 in February 2015. The plots are located in a prime location at the base of Margalla Hills, with direct access from Margalla Avenue. CDA also plans to build a C.D Principle Road which will connect C and D sectors, allowing residents to access more amenities. The area has been designed according to modern town planning principles, and will have all necessary utilities and facilities to provide a comfortable living experience for residents.
