G-13 is the second sector on the left of Kashmir Highway as one enter Islamabad from the motorway. The sector was acquired by the Federal Housing Foundation in the 1990s for retiring government employees. Currently, about 2,000 families live in this sector.
G-13 is managed and maintained by the FGEHF. The sector, located between Kashmir Highway and Nazim-ud-din Road, is well-maintained and has all the necessary amenities such as electricity, water, gas, quality schools and colleges, restaurants, shopping centers, playgrounds, family parks, mosques, fitness centers, and health centers. G-13 is a peaceful and tranquil residential area and is a good place to plan a home. The area has a lower property growth rate compared to G-11, making it a more affordable place to live.
G13 Islamabad has 4 marla sizes 25 x 40 , 7 marla 30 x 60, 10 marla 35 x 70 and 12 marla 40 x 80 houses. Flats are under construction yet. Roads are carpeted. Rent varies from size to size from 40000 per portion to 250,000.
