Located next to IJP Road and directly in front of Pirwadhayi Morh, Sector I-11 is a border area of Islamabad. Like Sector H-11, where the National University of Science and Technology is located, this area is currently developing rapidly and becoming a popular location due to its convenient accessibility and affordable prices compared to other sectors. It has a good network of roads, allowing for easy connectivity to all areas of the twin cities.

A direct connection to IJP Road allows it to connect to Murree Road, which in turn provides access to Chak Shehzad, Bani Gala, Farash Town, etc. At Faizabad Interchange, IJP Road leads to the Islamabad Expressway, which connects the area to Rawat and other regions of the twin cities.

The Kashmir Highway provides additional access for the residents of I-10, connecting them to the western part of the capital city including the New Islamabad International Airport. Sector I-11 is under the jurisdiction of the Capital Development Authority. The area is surrounded by the Service Road North and Nescom Hospital to the north, the Service Road and PSO Petrol Pump to the east, IJP Road and Margalla National Hospital to the south, and Nur Railway Station to the west. Essential services such as electricity, gas, and water are available in the area.
