I-12 is a new area in the city of Islamabad, located next to I-11 and next to I.J.P Road. Currently, the sector is undeveloped, but it is expected to have all necessary amenities for its residents once it is developed. The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has started the process of development in I-12 by opening technical bids for the project. A committee will review the technical bids and only those firms that are technically qualified will be invited to submit financial bids.
