Kashmir Town is located on Main Chakri Road in Rawalpindi, next to the popular housing project Al-Haram City. It is just a 5-minute drive away from Kashmir Model Town and is approximately 21.4 km from the Islamabad International Airport. It is about 19 km away from the GPO in Islamabad. The project is divided into three phases, with Phase I and II being well developed and Phase III being undeveloped. It is situated in a picturesque setting surrounded by lush green mountains, similar to Islamabad. According to the approved layout plan, there will be phases 1, 2, and 3, with plots and constructed houses for rent in sizes of 5, 7, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal.
